I have always done the “do it yourself” type of carpet cleaning in my house. I have light colored carpet, two kids, a dog and a lot of stairs. I would spend all day pretreating and cleaning my carpets only to have them quickly look dirty again. I decided to call Cardinal Carpet Care to try and clean my carpets. They came out and talked to me about my carpet and stains and why shortly after I cleaned it the traffic areas would look dirty again. I couldn’t believe the difference in my carpet after they got done! It looked new again! They even got out stains that I had tried several times to get out but were never able to. I have used Cardinal Carpet Care several times over the past year - both for my office as well as my home. Without exception all my experiences with Sarah have been outstanding. Very professional, timely and a fun person to have in your house and office. Sarah always goes above and beyond to get the job completed and all the stains removed. I was faced last year with a serious issue at my office - my dog had cut her foot while on a walk during lunch - we didn't notice it until she had run all over the office leaving a trail of blood through out the office. I called Sarah because I knew she could get this out. She arrived that evening and was able to remove all the stains. This is a strong testiment to not only her emergency response services but also to her ability to deal with not only dirt and mud but other messes as well. I hired Cardinal Carpet Care to service my carpets and upholstery. Having two young children my carpets and upholstery needed to be cleansed of juice, milk, chocolate and fruit snack stains. I was renting a room from a guy that I worked with, when I moved in the carpets were not in great condition, and when I had decided to move out they were in even worse condition, as I had spilled syrup, soda, and a few other things on the floor, after the movers came and left I realized that the carpets were in awful condition, and that I might even have to replace them....before I did that, a friend of mine told me about cardinal carpet care, said they had good rates, and that they had technicians who really seemed to care...the tech came in and was out with in like a half hour, she was very friendly, and gave me some pointers on how to avoid this situation from happening again in the future....3 months later I got a call for the guy I used to rent from saying that he had never seen carpet cleaning done that actually lasts and asked me for the number for cardinal carpet care, I gave it to him, and he has had them back to clean the whole houses carpets, and has given their number to other friends and business owners that he knows....I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO SATISFIED WITH A COMPANY THAT I FELT LIKE I NEEDED TO SHARE IT UNTIL NOW...IF YOU HAVE ANY HOME, OR OFFICE CLEANING NEEDS, CARDINAL CARPET CARE IS DEF THE WAY TO GO!

I used Cardinal Cleaning Company to clean my white kitchen tile. I use to clean the grout with a brush a couple of times a year, but it never came very clean. Cardinal Cleaning used a steam machine and in 20 minutes it looked like new. I was very satisfied and used them to clean my carpets. I was just as satisfied with the results of my carpet!!
